REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT

Creating an account on 5k5kbet is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Visit the registration page, fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a secure password. Confirm your email with the verification code we send you and your account is immediately active. You can make your first deposit right away via Pix starting from R$ 10.00. Registration is only available to users aged 18 and over who are residents of Brazil.

No. The 5k5kbet only allows one account per CPF. Attempts to create duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — are a violation of the Terms & Conditions and result in the cancellation of all accounts and balances involved. If you've forgotten your login credentials, contact support via Live Chat — our team will help you recover access without needing to create a new account.

You don't need to submit any documents to create an account and start betting on 5k5kbet. Registration uses your CPF for basic identity and age verification. Full identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed or in specific security-related situations. When requested, you'll need to submit a photo of your RG or CNH and a recent proof of address. Verification is typically completed within a few hours of submission.

To update the email address or phone number on your 5k5kbet, contact support via live chat or by email at suporte@5k5kbet.best. For security purposes, changes to contact details require identity verification — our team will guide you through the process. It is not possible to change the CPF linked to your account, as it serves as each user's unique identifier on the platform.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting 5k5kbet. Before closing, withdraw any available balance via Pix. If the reason is related to gambling difficulties, we strongly recommend permanent self-exclusion — which also prevents a new account from being created with the same details, offering more effective protection. Contact support via Live Chat to start the process.
DEPOSITS

The minimum deposit on 5k5kbet is R$ 10.00. This amount is already enough to activate the welcome bonus — deposit R$ 10.00 and receive an extra R$ 10.00 in bonus funds, starting with R$ 20.00 in your account. Via Pix, the credit appears within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. No deposit fee is charged by the platform.

The 5k5kbet accepts all major Brazilian payment methods: Pix (recommended — credited in up to 30 seconds), credit and debit cards, boleto bancário (cleared within 1 business day), PicPay, and Mercado Pago. Pix works with any Brazilian bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and all others that support Pix. No fees are charged on deposits through any of these methods.

Pix deposits are credited within 30 seconds in most cases. If after 5 minutes your balance still hasn't appeared, check: (1) whether the payment was confirmed in your banking app; (2) whether the Pix was generated within the 5k5kbet — payments to external Pix keys are not credited automatically; (3) whether your account session is up to date — try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact support via live chat with your Pix payment receipt on hand. Our team resolves it in minutes.

The 5k5kbet does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit. However, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gambling available in your account dashboard — a practical way to stay in control of your budget. Limit reductions set by you take effect immediately. To increase a limit you've already set, a 24-hour waiting period applies as a security measure.
WITHDRAWALS

Pix withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours in most cases — many users receive their funds in under 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 and must be made to a Pix key registered under the same CPF as your account on the 5k5kbet. Withdrawals involving a bonus balance with a pending rollover are only released once all requirements have been fully met. In some cases, identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal, which can add a few hours to the process.

The minimum withdrawal on 5k5kbet is R$ 20.00. To request a withdrawal, go to your account dashboard, navigate to "Finance" or "Withdrawal", enter the desired amount and your destination Pix key — which must be registered under the same CPF as your account. Confirm the request and wait for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once the withdrawal is approved and processed. The platform charges no fee on standard Pix withdrawals.

No. As part of our anti-fraud policy and in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, the 5k5kbet only processes withdrawals to Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the account holder. This protects you and ensures the integrity of all transactions. If you need help setting up a Pix key linked to your own CPF at another bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, etc. — contact our support team and we'll walk you through it.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact 5k5kbet via Live Chat with your withdrawal request number. The most common causes of delays are: pending identity verification (KYC), a Pix key with a CPF mismatch, an unfulfilled bonus rollover, or a manual security review. In every case, our support team identifies the reason and resolves the issue or walks you through the next steps. We're available 24/7 in English.
BONUSES & PROMOTIONS

The 5k5kbet welcome bonus 5k5kbet doubles the value of your first deposit by up to R$ 500.00. To activate it, select the bonus option during registration before making your qualifying deposit. The bonus balance is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed. To withdraw winnings derived from the bonus, you must complete a 5x rollover of the bonus amount with minimum odds of 1.50 per bet, within 30 calendar days. See the Welcome Bonus for full details.

Rollover (also known as wagering requirement or playthrough) is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings generated from it. At 5k5kbet, the welcome bonus rollover is 5x the bonus amount received, with minimum odds of 1.50. Practical example: you deposited R$ 200.00 and received a R$ 200.00 bonus — you need to accumulate R$ 1,000.00 in qualifying bets within 30 days. Cancelled bets, bets with odds below 1.50, and bets on excluded markets do not count toward the rollover.

The 5k5kbet welcome bonus 5k5kbet is valid for Sports Betting — including football, volleyball, basketball, MMA, and all other sports available on the platform — with minimum odds of 1.50. Live Casino, slots, and crash game bets generally do not count toward the sports bonus rollover. Check the Terms & Conditions for the full list of qualifying markets and sports. The bonus balance and deposit balance are kept separate in your account dashboard, so you always know exactly how much of each is available.

Yes. The 5k5kbet offers recurring promotions for active account holders: reload bonuses on special dates, free bets tied to specific matches (especially during Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil rounds), betting challenges with prizes, cashback on losses, and special promotions during the Libertadores and major MMA events. Active offers are available in the "Promotions" section of your account dashboard, accessible after login. Keep an eye on email communications as well — though you can unsubscribe at any time in your account settings.
SPORTS BETTING

The 5k5kbet offers more than 40 sports for pre-match and live betting. The main ones include: football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Paulistão, Mineiro, Gaúcho, and the top European leagues), volleyball (Brazilian Superliga and international competitions), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS:GO, League of Legends, Valorant, and more), tennis, motorsport (F1), futsal, and much more. Live betting is available on most matches with odds updated in real time.

Cash out (early settlement) lets you close a bet before the event ends, receiving a partial payout calculated based on the current odds and the state of play. Whether your bet is winning and you want to lock in a profit before the final whistle — or it's losing and you want to cut your losses — cash out gives you that control. At 5k5kbet, the cash out option appears automatically on eligible bets during live play. The amount offered can change second by second as the match progresses.

Parlay bets — also known as combo or accumulator bets — let you combine two or more events on a single ticket. The odds for each selection are multiplied together, which increases your potential payout but also requires every outcome to come through for you to win. At 5k5kbet, simply add your desired selections to the bet slip and the system will automatically calculate the potential return. Live bets can also be combined with pre-match selections. A maximum number of selections per bet slip applies, as outlined in the platform's terms.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the 5k5kbet follows standard market rules: bets on cancelled events are generally voided and the staked amount is returned to your account balance. For postponed events, the bet is usually kept active if the match takes place within an established timeframe (typically 48 to 72 hours from the original scheduled time). If the match does not occur within that window, the bet is also voided and the amount refunded. See the Terms & Conditions for full details by sport and market.
CASINO & SLOTS

Yes. All slots and casino games available on 5k5kbet are provided by internationally certified suppliers, with outcomes determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG). This ensures no result is manipulated — every round is completely random and independent of previous ones. Live Casino games feature real dealers streamed in real time via HD streaming, with permanent human oversight. The RTP (return to player) for each slot is available in the game's information section.

Yes. On 5k5kbet, your account balance is unified — you can use the same funds to bet on football, volleyball, MMA, play slots, access the Live Casino, or any other product available on the platform, without needing to transfer between separate wallets. The exception is the bonus balance, which is kept separate and has its own specific usage rules. The account dashboard clearly shows your available balance, bonus balance, and any applicable usage restrictions.

Crash games are casino games where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs over time — the goal is to cash out before the multiplier "crashes." The longer you wait, the higher the potential payout, but also the greater the risk of losing everything if the crash happens before you exit. The 5k5kbet offers Aviator and other popular crash games. To play, simply go to the casino section after logging in, find the game you want, set your bet amount, and click "Bet". You can cash out at any point during the flight, before the crash.
SECURITY & LOGIN

On the 5k5kbet login, click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email or CPF — the system sends a reset link to the email address linked to your account in under 2 minutes. Click the link (valid for 30 minutes), set a new password, and you're all set. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support via live chat — our team will resolve it through an alternative identity verification process.

No. The 5k5kbet never asks for your password via email, chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you received a message requesting your login credentials — regardless of who the sender appears to be — it is a phishing attempt. Do not click any links, do not provide any personal information, and notify us immediately via live chat or at suporte@5k5kbet.best so we can investigate. Always make sure the site address starts with 5k5kbet.best before entering any information.

The 5k5kbet accepts both your registered email address and your CPF as login identifiers. On the login screen, in the "Email or CPF" field, simply enter your CPF in the format 000.000.000-00 (with dots and a dash) or just the 11 digits without any formatting — the system recognizes it automatically. Then enter your password and sign in as usual. This is especially handy if you can't remember which email you used when registering.

Yes, completely. The 5k5kbet works directly through your mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or any other. No app download required. The site is 100% responsive and optimized for smartphones, with a touchscreen-friendly interface, easy-to-tap buttons, and fast loading even on 4G connections. For quick access, you can save the site as a shortcut on your phone's home screen — it works just like an app without taking up storage space.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Access your account dashboard on 5k5kbet, go to "Settings" and find the "Responsible Gambling" or "Limits" tab. There you can set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) and betting limits for the same periods. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases only take effect after 24 hours — an intentional cooling-off period to help prevent impulsive decisions. If you have trouble finding the settings, our support team can set it up for you via live chat. Learn more on the Responsible Gambling.

Self-exclusion voluntarily blocks access to your account at 5k5kbet. There are two options: temporary (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) and permanent (permanent account closure, with no possibility of reactivation using the same details). During any form of self-exclusion, login is disabled and you are removed from all promotional communications — no bonus emails, no offer notifications. To activate, go to "Settings" → "Responsible Gambling" → "Self-Exclusion" in your account dashboard, or request it via live chat. The block takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
